Glass fiber based oxene flooring（1.5-5.5MM）

Features: employing different construction techniques to improve the chemical corrosion resistance, acid-base resistance and heavy load withstanding of vinyl based glass fiber flooring, and increase the surface wear resistance.
Application scope: plane construction of places with chemicals, large quantities and high concentrations of acid and base, and vehicle loads, and construction of wastewater tanks.

Specifications and engineering methods

1、 Bare ground treating: clean and grind the new and old floor surface, remove the smoothened layer with hollowing, fill the surface pit and cavities, make sure no oil stain, coating or material easily adhesion to concrete on the surface.

2、 Primer construction: primer base and hardening agent are batched according to the ratio required and uniformly mixed, and applied uniformly on the treated floors with a roller or trowel.

3、 Conductive floating coat: batch the floating coat base and hardening agent according to the specified ratio, add a small amount of filling material and agitate the mixture uniformly; use a trowel to apply the mixture on the floor uniformly, trim the floor to the required evenness.

4、 Fiber glass construction: mix, according to the ratio required, and uniformly agitate resin base and hardening agent, and uniformly apply the mixture with a roller; pave the fiber glass on the ground surface already applied with intermediate coat, and compress the coat evenly and intensively with a roller(increasing applying times based on the specified thickness).

5、 Conductive floating coat: batch the floating coat base and hardening agent according to the specified ratio, add a small amount of filling material and agitate the mixture uniformly; use a trowel to apply the mixture on the floor uniformly, trim the floor to the required evenness.

6、 Top coat construction: mix top coat base and hardening agent according to the specified ratio and apply the mixture uniformly on the floor surface with a trowel.
